My Mission- Today 82510


Okay, so yesterday I looked in the mirror and hate the painful discovery that I've gained weight lately. So, I've decided that I MUST lose weight. I don't feel good about myself and I want to be happier. I've decided that every single day that i dont have tennis practice, I will do some sort of exersize. I will also be eating healthier. Ex: I wont be eating lunch. I also won't be eating HUGE portions. That's the problem. My rule, that I know is true is that it really doesnt matter what you eat, as long as you eat in moderation. So, I'm going to be healthier and lose 20 pounds. Im ready for this.
